Margaret specialises in competition and market regulation, commercial and public law, environmental law and European Union law litigation, acting for a range of private and public body clients. Margaret has appeared in the Supreme Courts of Ireland and the United Kingdom, and the Court of Justice of the EU where she has led over 90 cases. She led over 20 cartel infringement and fine appeals for the European Commission. Margaret has acted for each of the Attorneys General of Ireland, Northern Ireland and England and Wales, in cases in courts in Ireland and the UK, and at the Court of Justice of the EU and European Court of Human Rights. Margaret is also a King’s Counsel, practising from Brick Court Chambers, London and is a member of the Bar Library, Belfast. She is a Fellow of the International Academy of Trial Lawyers.
