Stephen Dodd SC

Stephen Dodd is a Senior Counsel specialising in planning and environmental law, judicial review, local government law and commercial law.  He has written widely on commercial, planning, judicial review and other areas of law. He is the author of Consolidated and Annotated Planning Regulations 2001-2005 (Round Hall, 2005) and Consolidated and Annotated Planning Acts 2000-2007 (Round Hall, 2008), co-author of NAMA: The Law Relating to National Asset Management Agency (2012). He is a former Chair of Pelgba.
