The Critical Infrastructure Bill 2026 is progressing through the Oireachtas at a rapid pace. At this event, PELGBA will examine some of the key provisions of the Bill which practitioners may need to be aware of. The event will also address recent developments in EU law as they relate to critical infrastructure projects as well as highlight to practitioners a number of updates/additions provided in High Court Practice Direction HC 137 relevant to critical infrastructure litigation.


At the end of this event attendees will:


- Better understand the provisions of the Critical Infrastructure Bill 2026


- Further awareness of EU law as it relates to issues surrounding the delivery of critical infrastructure.

- Be aware of Practice


The event will be followed by a drinks reception in the Sheds.
